The company is banking on its speed of execution and technology advancement as key factors to drive a 5X growth in the next five years, both in revenues and number of employees.Desired :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.3+ years of experience in testing digital banking platforms or similar enterprise applications.Strong understanding of banking channels (internet, mobile, corporate banking).Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.Familiarity with payment systems, file-based transactions, and dashboard validations.ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.Skills:Functional & Regression TestingBanking Domain KnowledgeAPI & UI TestingDefect Tracking & ReportingTest Case Design & ExecutionSQL & Data ValidationAutomation Testing (optional)Strong communication and documentation skillsKey Responsibilities:Validate digital banking workflows including file-based transactions, dashboards, and payment interfaces.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user interface testing across multiple banking channels.Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.Execute test cases and document results using test management tools.Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.Conduct API testing and validate backend services and data flows.Support UAT and production release testing.Ensure compliance with banking security and performance standards.
