Our platform combines technology and logistics to ensure a seamless and personalized fresh produce experience. About the Role: We’re looking for a creator and storyteller who can bring our mission — redefining freshness and eliminating food wastage — to life across digital platforms. This is not just about managing posts; it’s about building a movement around how India buys and experiences fruits and vegetables. What You’ll Do: ● Own and build social media narrative across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels ● Create / hire and lead a small creative team (content creators, designers, and video editors) of creators across formats. ● Develop and execute campaigns that tell the story of freshness, sustainability, and innovation in food systems Create content that educates, entertains, and connects — from short-form reels to behind-the-scenes stories of farms, logistics, and people ● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to amplify launches, partnerships, and milestones ● Measure and analyze content performance to drive engagement and brand trust ● Stay tuned to digital culture and evolving formats to keep the brand voice fresh and relevant What We’re Looking For: ● 5–9 years of hands-on social media and content creation experience ● Deep understanding of digital storytelling, visual language, and audience engagement ● A creative thinker with a bias for execution — you can go from idea to post fast ● Leadership experience managing small creative teams ● Passion for sustainability, conscious consumption, or consumer brands ● Prior startup experience or ability to thrive in fast-moving, zero-bureaucracy environments
