Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with business objectives. Manage and grow alternate channels of sales across India. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team. Participate in industry events and represent the organization professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'National Sales Manager' should have:

A minimum of 10 years of overall experience Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO Candidate should come with experience - selling to a pan-India geo / working in pharmaceutical technology/ dealing with life science industry
