Experience : 3-8 YearsLocation : Noida, Pune & HyderabadKey Responsibilities:• Test Strategy Development: Create detailed test plans and test cases tailored to ServiceNow applications.• Execution of Tests: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.• Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools.• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.• Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution.• Automation: Implement automated test cases using suitable tools and frameworks.• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on test status to stakeholders.• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements.Required Qualifications:• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications.• Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. o Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Strong communication and teamwork skills. o Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous. PreferredQualifications:• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.• Familiarity with test management tools.
