The role calls for someone who understands brand consistency, interprets briefs accurately, and delivers designs that support marketing, and communication goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.Create graphics for presentations, social media, websites, brochures, events, and internal communication.Deliver high-quality layouts, illustrations, infographics, and product creatives.Collaborate with cross-function teams to understand requirements and deliver on deadlines.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design perspectives to campaigns.Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production output.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or an equivalent field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).Strong portfolio demonstrating design range and technical competence.Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into clear, engaging visuals.Attention to detail and strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.Solid time-management and communication skills.Preferred Experience2-4 years experience in corporate, agency, or fast-paced marketing environments.Knowledge of web design tools such as Figma or Framer are an added advantage.Familiarity with sustainability or manufacturing industries is a plus.Location: Mumbai
