Financial Leadership Opportunity at Assurance Intl Limited

We are seeking a dynamic financial leader to drive our growth and financial excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
    • Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital for operational efficiency.
    • Monitor cost structures and profitability to optimize financial performance.
    • Drive capital allocation and investment strategies for maximum ROI and shareholder value.
  • Fundraising & Capital Markets:
    • Develop and execute strategies for raising equity and debt in domestic and international markets.
    • Manage Initial Public Offerings (IPO), follow-on offerings, and private placements if applicable.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with investment banks, analysts, and institutional investors.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Act as primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, including SEBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and tax authorities.
    • Ensure strict compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
    • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and forensic audits if necessary.
    • Spearhead Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives in line with regulatory mandates and shareholder expectations.
  • Investor Relations:
    • Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and vision effectively to investors and analysts.
    • Monitor market trends and shareholder feedback to align financial strategies accordingly.
  • Financial Operations:
    • Supervise the preparation of financial statements, adhering to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and (US-AS) US Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • Manage large-scale budgets, forecasting, and financial modeling for business units and projects.
    • Implement and monitor cost control measures for optimal resource utilization.
  • Technology & Process Optimization:
    • Champion digital transformation in finance through automation tools.
    • Implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for better financial control and reporting.
    • Drive process optimization to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial data.
  • Leadership & Culture:
    • Build a high-performing finance team by attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent.
    • Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
