Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Hairdresser at B Tanish Beauty Salon, located in Pune. The Senior Hairdresser will perform advanced hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques to achieve the desired results for clients. They will also provide hair care consultations, recommend suitable products, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the Senior Hairdresser will collaborate with other team members to maintain a professional and welcoming salon environment.QualificationsMust have expertise in Cut, Color & TreatmentProficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting techniquesExtensive knowledge of Hair Care and Cosmetology practicesStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to build positive client relationshipsAbility to stay current with the latest hair and beauty trendsRelevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or hairdressingProven experience in a similar roleSalary - 40K+
