Lead Interior Designer

Bengaluru, India WARD FOUR DESIGN Full time

We are growing our design team at WARD FOUR and seeking an Interior Designer with 5 to 8 years’ experience in high-end, non-residential work. You will design complex, performance-driven environments in healthcare, senior living, and institutional sectors, where materials, detailing, and planning must work together to deliver care, functionality, and resilience beyond aesthetics. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design, detail, and delivery and who wants to be part of a studio shaping critical environments across India and beyond

 

What we’re looking for:

•Strong design sensibility, detail oriented and technical proficiency

•Proven experience on mid to large-scale, non-residential interiors

•Ability to lead design development, detailing, and coordination

•Comfort with tools like AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, V-Ray, and openness to AI-enhanced design processes.

•Exposure to healthcare or similarly regulated environments is an advantage

•Confidence in presenting and collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams

•Willing to travel.

•Location: Bangalore

•Format: Onsite
