Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager/Account Manager with expertise in managing software or IT projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in German and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects while effectively engaging with stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a focus on delivering high-quality results within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates in both German and English.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • German Proficiency: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking German is essential.
  • Account Management: Experience in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar project management software.
  • Agile/Waterfall Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing software/IT projects in a global environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in project management roles.
