GenAI Project Lead HYBRID Report to CTO Span of control Team - will manage Gen AI Engineer, Back end developers,UI develeoper Ai Automation specialist and Testing team Job Purpose- Develope the GEN AI Platform for Asset Management operation and Back office opertaions of Investment banking / Hedge Fund clients Role Overview: As a Generative AI Lead , you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage GenAI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document requirements, workflows, and processes. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements. Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback. Preferred Skills: BE /MCA over all 7 plus years and Min 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management. Demonstrated interest and experience in Generative AI and related technologies. like Large Language Models (LLMs) , Python, Java, Node t JS etc Extremely detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
