Assistant Architect

Experience: 3 to 6 years of ExpEducation: B.Arch and aboveKey Responsibilities: - Assist senior architects/design heads in developing design concepts, layouts, andpresentations for commercial interior projects. - Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and detailed working drawings usingAutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent software. - Coordinate with internal teams (Design, MEP, Procurement, Projects) for smoothworkflow. - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications andquality standards. - Support in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and material boards. - Interact with vendors and contractors for material selection, samples, andapprovals. - Assist in space planning, furniture layout, and interior detailing for commercialspaces. - Ensure timely submission of design deliverables and support project managers inexecution. - Research and source new materials, finishes, and design trends relevant tocommercial projects. - Provide support in documentation, approvals, and project handover.Key Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and 3D renderingtools. - Understanding of commercial interior design standards, space planning, anddetailing. - Ability to read and prepare working drawings, GFCs, and construction documents. - Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture used in commercialprojects. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Flexibility and willingness to travel for site coordination and client meetings. - Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation. - B.Arch (mandatory) from a recognized institute.
