We’re seeking a futureteam member for the role of Vice President,Full-Stack Engineer II to join our team. This roleis in Pune, MH –HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in thefollowing ways:
Bachelor'sdegree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, orequivalent work experience required
10-14 years of experience in software development required– proficiency in Java 8 or higher and Front-End UITechnologies
Experience of workingin UI tool sets & programming languages – CoreJavaScript,
Angular 11 or higher,JavaScript frameworks, CSS, HTML.
Experience inSpring Framework, Hibernate and proficiency with SpringBoot
Extensive hands-onknowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT and JSON
Solid codingand troubleshooting experience on Web Services and RESTfulAPI
Experience andunderstanding of design patterns culminating into microservicesdevelopment.
Experience on workingon high throughput microservices by leveraging concurrency,multi-core, multi-node solutions supporting multithreading,event-based processing or on developing services to manage highdata volume.
Experience andunderstanding of visual design / interaction design culminatinginto micro-front end development.
Experience of working in services tool sets &programming languages – Node, GraphQL, Hazelcast
Strong SQL skills to work on Relational or NoSQLdatabases
Strong experience inSDLC, DevOps processes – CI/CD tools, Git, etc.
Good Understanding of Messaging frameworks like ActiveMQor IBM MQ or Kafka
Good understanding ofmonitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk,Moogsoft
Knowledge ofScrum and XP methodologies and ability to work in a fast paced andrapidly changing environment.
Stronganalytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and pick up new skills and to performwith minimal management supervision
Strong Communication Skills
To be successful in this role, we’re seekingthe following:
Knowledge indata warehousing / data lakes / pipelines is a bigplus.
Knowledge in NoSQLdatabases is preferred
Knowledge in cloudtechnologies will be a strong advantage.
Experience in the securities or financial servicesindustry is a plus.
Should enjoy quickprototyping, implementing cloud-ready services, building tools toimprove end to end application – develop a strong connect with allstakeholders and testing team
Provide superiorsoftware development services in a fast-paced and innovativeworking environment.
Work with internalbusiness groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, andrequirements.
Analyze informationand provide recommendations to address and resolve business andtechnical issues. Actively participate in team discussions, provideguidance and expert opinion on the subjectmatter.
Coordinate coding,unit testing, implementation and documentation ofsolution.
Ensure that expectedapplication performance levels are achieved.
Comply with BNY standard developmentmethodology
May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project.
