T&P has partnered with www.y.uno to open a GCC center in India. Our technology offers companies access to leading payment capabilities, allowing them to engage customers confidently and maintain global business operations with seamless payment integrations worldwide.About the role• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad.• Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery.• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices.• Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals.• Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edgetechnologies.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, security, and automation practices.• Help shape Yuno’s technical roadmap and advocate for engineering excellence across the organization.The skills you needMinimum Qualifications• Proficiency in Golang.• Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus.• 7+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.• Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures.• Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres.• Familiarity with OWASP security principles.• Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables.• Fluent English (written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the payment industry.• Experience integrating Payment Service Providers.• Knowledge in Frontend languages.• Experience leading small technical initiatives or mentoring developers.• Strong architectural mindset — able to balance innovation with reliability and scalability.We hope you read through the requirements.
