Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MLOps Engineer to support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI/ML models in production environments.
This role requires experience in AI Operations, MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployment. Candidates must bring strong scripting and DevOps skills with hands-on exposure to LLMs, GenAI, or containerized ML platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models using MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.
Monitor model performance using tools like Grafana, ELK, Prometheus.
Automate model retraining, rollback, versioning, and performance tracking.
Support deployment of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and other scalable AI services.
Integrate ML models securely into enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot latency, prediction drift, runtime issues.
Use Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in DevOps / MLOps / Platform Engineering.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo, Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting (Python, Bash) and experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
Good understanding of container orchestration and monitoring frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
Preferred Skills
Experience with GenAI or LLMs in production.
Familiarity with feature stores, model registries, vector databases.
