Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced ABM Lead who specializes in designing and executing account-based marketing strategies tailored for Enterprise and Mid-Market companies. This role will be responsible for building and managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across PPC, social, email, and SDR-led outbound. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with ABM tools such as Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Zoho CRM and Analytics.
This role requires a data-driven marketer who can effectively engage high-value accounts by leveraging signal-driven email nurturing workflows and working closely with SDRs to drive pipeline growth.
Salary: 10-12 LPA
Time: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)
Key Responsibilities
1. ABM Strategy & Execution for Enterprise & Mid-Market
- Develop and execute ABM strategies specifically targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
- Own the ABM tech stack, including Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and other tools.
- Implement signal-driven email nurturing workflows in HubSpot to engage and convert high-value accounts.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns, including PPC, social, email, and SDR-led outreach.
2. Multi-Channel Demand Generation
- Build and execute data-driven multi-channel campaigns focused on high-value Enterprise & Mid-Market segments.
- Optimize paid search, display, , and email marketing to maximize engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Leverage attribution reporting to track ABM campaign impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
3. SDR Enablement & Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with SDRs to implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns with conditional sequences.
- Provide marketing and sales collaterals tailored for Enterprise and Mid-Market decision-makers.
- Ensure SDRs have the right tools, automation, and workflows to execute signal-driven prospecting campaigns.
4. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Analyze firmographic, behavioral, and intent signals to refine ABM targeting and messaging.
- Continuously monitor and optimize ABM campaigns to improve conversion, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for campaign enhancement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing, with a strong focus on ABM and signal-based marketing for Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
- Expertise in ABM tools such as Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns (PPC, social, email, SDR-led outbound).
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and campaign analytics.
- Experience in attribution reporting and a deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with SDRs, sales, and content teams to align ABM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in developing compelling sales and marketing collateral.
