Experience Required:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales. Experience in the real estate industry is
an advantage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a
plus.
Job Location:
• Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Property Sales: Handle both resale (lease/rent) and off-plan properties.
• Listing Management: Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold
calling, networking, and social media.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and
evaluate customer needs.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on property laws and policies.
Skills Required:
• Business Development: Strong ability to develop new business opportunities.
• Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Dubai Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of
Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Relationship-Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
