Job Title: Field Marketing Representative – Admissions Lead Generation Company: Infotech Edge Pvt Ltd Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (Field Role) Industry: Education & Training (MBA / MCA /BBA /BCA/ IT Courses and all other) Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and confident Field Marketing Representative to generate admissions leads for our online programs (MBA, MCA, IT courses). The role involves visiting companies, educational hubs, and markets to promote our courses, meet potential candidates, and generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Visit companies, institutes, and markets to promote MBA, MCA, and IT courses. Generate, follow up, and qualify leads for online admissions. Distribute marketing materials, explain course details, and create interest among potential candidates. Build relationships with HRs, employees, and students to maintain continuous lead flow. Maintain daily reporting of visits and leads generated. Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets. Requirements: Graduate in Marketing/Business/IT (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 0–2 years in field marketing / lead generation. Must have own conveyance (Scooty / Bike). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance.
