RESPONSIBILITIES

The E-Commerce incumbent works in close collaboration with the SEA regional e-commerce team and the Indian distributors to drive revenue growth across pure players, marketplaces & social commerce (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Tira, Sephora, Tata, etc.).


YOUR MAIN FOCUS:

Market includes India

Division includes Luxury and Consumer Brands consisting of fragrances, skincare and makeup.


Campaign planning, execution, launch & optimization

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive online revenue growth.
  • Build a campaign calendar by brand and channel, assortment, and strategies in collaboration with distributors, e-retail partners and cross-functional departments. Take ownership of forecasting & planning of the online activities.
  • Enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates by optimizing the user experience across all e-commerce platforms. Faultless campaign setup and live campaigns on time.
  • QC of PDP content and campaign as per the timelines.
  • Ownership of product listing and tracking OOS.
  • Provide reporting and analysis of KPIs, keeping stakeholders and leadership informed of performance. Track sales and key e-commerce metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize sales potential.
  • Coordinate with the regional Singapore team for any approvals and coordination.
  • Stay up to date on market and shopper trends, particularly e-commerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to make a difference. As an experienced E-Commerce Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, you will share your valuable experience with the team and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:


  • 2-4 years in e-commerce or marketplace, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving e-commerce key metrics, preferably in a multi-brand and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Natural curious, who likes to be hands-on to learn and develop.
  • Strong interest in fragrance, and beauty products.
  • Ability to work independently with limited input once objectives have been set.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change.

DESIRABLE:

  • Master of content editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe DAM
  • Experience in using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any Ecommerce/AI tools is a plus
