What You'll Do:
Process incoming invoices accuratelyEnsure timely payments to suppliers and customers in an accurate and compliant automatic wayDevelop and maintain the automatization of invoice and travel expenses for South AfricaProvide feedback to the business on alignment to expense policyEnsure supplier master data maintenanceCorrectness in the usage of the authorization matrixAdvise and steer process changes to the manager in the purchase-to-pay processWork closely with your colleagues in the South Africa but also abroadTaking up common ad hoc activitiesWho You Are:
You're a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
Completed MBO education in finance – Im not sure what the qualification Should be for indiaExcellent command of the English language in word and writingExperience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a company with international presenceKnowledge of AccountingKnowledge of relevant financial and accounting procedures, policies and toolsExperience JDE, but also with MS Office applicationsKnowledge of South Africa VAT legislation and booking processesGood interest in automatization of processesGood understanding of internal control measuresThen we want to meet you
