Recruitment Specialist / Account Manager | 2-5 years | PuneWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist/ Account Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment delivery while handling client relationships. The role requires strong hiring expertise along with the ability to manage accounts, meet hiring timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accountsSource candidates through job portals, , referrals, and networkingScreen profiles and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate interviews with clients and hiring managersMaintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ATS updatesEnsure quality closures within defined TATAccount & Client ManagementAct as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts.Understand client requirements, hiring plans, and priorities.Share regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and market insights.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field2–5 years of experience in recruitment with account/client management exposureStrong understanding of IT or Non-IT hiring (as per business requirement)Hands-on experience with Naukri, Recruiter, and ATS toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
