You will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining infrastructure for COBOL-based applications hosted on Azure, while collaborating with global teams across India and the United States.If you are passionate about cloud automation, Linux systems, and legacy modernization, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare technology.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize RHEL Linux systems in Azure Cloud, ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance.Administer and support COBOL-based applications, including troubleshooting, deployments, and scripting.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and streamline delivery.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient releases.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and similar tools.Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices.Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.Maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL) and exposure to COBOL-based systems.Strong expertise in Azure Cloud and Linux system administration.Proficiency in scripting using Bash, KSH, or basic Python.Solid understanding of networking and security principles.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work effectively with global teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Nice to Have:Experience with IBM AIX, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and IaC tools (Terraform).Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.Experience in healthcare IT or other regulated industries.Why Join UsWork on cutting-edge cloud and DevOps projects in the healthcare domain.Be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.Gain exposure to global teams and industry best practices.Access continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Contribute to meaningful innovations that improve healthcare outcomes.If you’re an immediate joiner with strong Linux and Azure expertise, ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in modernizing healthcare systems — we’d love to hear from you
