Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Lead to drive technology initiatives. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will work closely with the product team to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems. In this role, you will define technical strategies, guide system architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that support rapid growth. This role has to be on site based in Bangalore, no relocation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team to achieve technical excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
  • Align engineering goals with the company's strategic objectives.

System Architecture and Technical Vision

  • Define and implement the technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability.
  • Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Make critical decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and development approaches.

Collaboration with Product Team

  • Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.

Execution and Innovation

  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8 to 10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus.
