We’re seeking a future team member for therole of Senior Associate, Business Planning andAnalysis(Marketing Specialist) to joinour PershingEMEA team. Pershing provide a broadrange of financial business solutions to investment banks,broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisersacross EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology andflexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement andcustody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory andcompliance framework with dedicated client asset experience andexpertise. This role requires the candidate to work from 1pm to10pm IST. This role is located in Pune, MH and is inHybrid mode. The role will be working closely withthe RFP Content and Marketing Lead based in London and with the RFPSpecialist also based inPune. 

In this role, you’ll make an impactin the following ways: 

  • Editing existing content andwriting new content that demonstrates a robust understanding of thefirm’s capabilities, properly conveys Pershing’s strengths, and istailored to each project
  • Help produce content for ad hoc requests,including case studies, videos, demos,guides 
  • Helpdevelop presentations and supporting materials for proposalpitches
  • Ensuring thatall materials are high-quality and delivered ontime
  • Provide graphicsexpertise—using templates to ensure brand consistency and bestpractice
  • Collaborating with global team acrossmultiple time zones

To be successful in this role, we’reseeking the following: 

  • Possess knowledge in design and/ordesign principles—proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especiallyPowerPoint and Word 
  • Video editing skills required to helpcreate/edit demos and short presentationvideos 
  • Strongproject management, communication, organisational, attention todetail, written (including editing and proofreading), and verbalskills
  • Ability tobalance workload, prioritise, and work under tight deadlines with apositive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinationof work experience desired
  • 3+ years of related experience preferred;experience in the securities industry ispreferred.
