The aesthetics, the energy, the storytelling.Understands how marketing works and can design for performance as much as for aesthetics.A fast learner who can juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly.Basically, someone who can make LaFetch look like LaFetch.The BasicsThis is not a 9-5. This is 100% or nothing. If you’re looking to make real impact, grow at lightning speed, and have fun while doing it - this is your spot.We’re based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon), so someone from here is preferred. But if you’re from another state and ready to commit, we’re all for it. Just a heads-up, travel and accommodation aren’t covered separately (outside of your pay, of course)This is an onsite role, 5 days a week, because let’s be real, the real work and energy only come alive when we’re in person.
