  • Strong skill in blueprint reading to interpret electrical diagrams and execute tasks accurately according to specifications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
  • Proficient in circuit testing to identify and rectify issues in electrical circuits, ensuring system reliability.
  • In-depth understanding of power distribution systems to manage and maintain efficient electricity flows throughout facilities.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes to ensure all work is compliant with local and international standards.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance to proactively service and maintain electrical devices and systems.

    • Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts and repairs accurately.
    • Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to ensure functionality and safety.
    • Identify electrical problems using a range of testing devices to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
    • Adhere to state and local building regulations based on the national electric code to maintain compliance.
    • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and successful project completion.
    • Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent incidents and to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work to ensure detailed and comprehensive documentation is available.
