Role Overview:We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Director cum Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing high-level administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Diary Management: Efficiently manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments to optimize their time.Day-to-Day Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication on behalf of the CTO.Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records and files, handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring accessibility as needed.Office Operations: Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other administrative staff to maintain smooth operations.Qualifications:Experience Required: 2-4 years with C-Suite roles (CEO, CTO, Director, COO etc.)Administrative Skills: Proven experience in diary management, correspondence handling, and multitasking.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Office Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.Note: This role entails reporting to both the CEO and CTO, requiring close collaboration with both executives and their respective teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the organization and ensuring the executives' schedules run smoothly.
