  Responsibilities
 · Driving Process Transformation roadmap, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation
 · Drive (BE) value proposition and secure BE involvement in most complex onshore delivery deals
 · Clear thought process to lead, guide and develop team to provide services to cluster of clients
 · Strategic thinker leading the team
 · Lead Business Excellence span across Operating Group / Delivery Region
 · Maintain team flexibility and skills to be able to support recovery work as needed.
 · Create Road Map for deployment.
 · Deploy RPA bots to improve transaction efficiencies across account with an objective to improve operational effectiveness and adhere to controllership.
 · Deploy QPA and LSS projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies identified across towers.
 · Conduct full lifecycle of deploying bots through project management from analysis to design, development, and handing over to support through effective coordination between various functions involved in the entire lifecycle.
 · Educate and make ICCS internal and Client stakeholders aware of the RPA deployment methodology for increased participation and collaboration where required.
Qualifications:
 · Minimum qualifications Robotics platform knowledge and Experience in driving RPA implementation
 · Experience in one or more of the market-leading RPA platforms is a must from Automation & have experience in deploying RPA bots
 · Should have exposure to deployment of digital tools to transform RTR processes
 · Experience as LDT resource leading large business
 · Preferred qualifications LSS- GB / BB certification PMP, CSM certifications
 · Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required
