We were most recently recognized as the "Most Reliable Trade Finance Services," Caribbean 2021. We seek a knowledgeable and certified Investment Advisor to join our team at EEB. As an Investment Advisor with certification, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions. Your expertise in investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial planning, coupled with your certification, will enable you to guide clients in making informed investment decisions and achieving their financial objectives. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop personalised investment strategies and recommendations. ● Conduct thorough investment research and analysis to identify suitable investment opportunities across various asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments. ● Create and maintain comprehensive investment portfolios for clients, considering their risk profiles, time horizons, and investment objectives. ● Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to stay updated on investment opportunities and risks. ● Provide ongoing portfolio management services, including periodic rebalancing, performance analysis, and reporting, to ensure alignment with clients' investment goals. ● Educate clients on investment strategies, products, and risk factors, helping them make informed investment decisions ● Stay informed about industry trends, investment products, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, investment documentation, and compliance-related paperwork. ● Cultivate and nurture client relationships, actively engaging with clients to understand their changing financial needs and providing proactive investment advice. ● Collaborate with internal teams, such as research analysts, financial planners, and compliance officers, to leverage their expertise and deliver comprehensive client solutions. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: ● Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar, are required. ● Proven experience (5+ years) working as an investment advisor or in a similar role in the financial services industry. ● Strong knowledge of investment products, asset allocation strategies, and investment analysis techniques. ● In-depth understanding of financial markets, economic indicators, and industry trends. ● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess investment opportunities and evaluate risks. ● Proficiency in financial planning software and investment analysis tools. ● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in investment advisory services. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in investment documentation and compliance-related tasks. ● Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
