Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

Proactively identify and engage with potential influencers across multiple platforms. Negotiate and finalize deals in a manner that benefits both the influencer and our brand.●

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.●

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics to measure success and ROI. Use insights to refine future strategies and report on results to stakeholders.●

Relationship Building:

Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers and industry professionals. Stay abreast of emerging trends and platforms in the influencer marketing space.●

Content Collaboration:

Work closely with influencers and our internal content team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and campaign objectives.●

Budget Management:

Manage the influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact for each dollar spent.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid track record of successful campaigns, preferably in the eCommerce sector.●

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.●

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.●

Highly organized and meticulous with a keen eye for detail.●

A self-starter with a high bias for action and the ability to work independently.●

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
