*About the Role:*

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on testing and validating products and services offered by Microsoft. This role is primarily manual testing and is best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and bring a strong problem-solving mindset to the table.

No extensive technical background or prior industry experience is required. Instead, we value a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Execute end-to-end manual testing for Microsoft products and services

Identify, document, and track bugs or inconsistencies

Collaborate closely with QA leads, fellow testers, developers, and product managers

Communicate test results and issues clearly within the team and to external stakeholders when necessary

Ensure quality standards are met across multiple testing phases and environments

*What We're Looking For:*

Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Clear and professional communication skills

*Bonus Points For:*

Familiarity with Microsoft products or having tested them previously

Experience with Endpoint devices as a workload

Exposure to API testing (even if limited)

Background in end-to-end manual testing of product features

Confidence in liaising with clients or cross-functional teams as needed
