Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the development and sampling process, ensuring quality standards are met. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the production process. Communicate effectively with management to provide regular updates on project status and key milestones. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform product development strategies. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in sourcing finished leather goods or related products. Strong understanding of the leather industry, including supply chain dynamics and market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
