Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented freshly qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, and possess a sound understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Contribute in cost savings.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in statutory and tax audits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), Companies Act, and Income Tax Act.
  • Prepare and review tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
  • Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain documentation for internal controls and processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance of ROC matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Ensure PF/ESIC/PT tax returns and compliances.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (recent pass-out or up to 1 year post-qualification).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and audit practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
