Role Overview We are looking for a passionate E-Learning Developer (Adobe Captivate) to join our digital learning and innovation team in Chennai. This role involves developing interactive, high-quality eLearning modules that bring complex concepts to life for global academic and industry learners. Key Responsibilities Design and develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant interactive learning modules using Adobe Captivate. Collaborate with academic and design teams to convert raw content into engaging learning experiences. Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, and graphics) aligned with learning outcomes. Test and optimize modules for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance on NexSphere’s LMS. Maintain consistency with NexSphere’s global learning design and sustainability standards. Ideal Profile 1–2 years of experience as an eLearning developer or instructional designer. Strong command of Adobe Captivate; familiarity with Articulate, Storyline, or Rise is a plus. Knowledge of instructional design principles, SCORM/xAPI formats, and LMS workflows. Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail. Based in Chennai, with ability to work on-site or hybrid. Compensation & Growth INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset. Opportunity to grow within NexSphere’s Digital Learning and Creative Innovation Division. Exposure to international academic collaborations and WHO-aligned projects.
