About the Role

R N C A & Associates is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Consulting Services to join our dynamic team of professionals. This role will support the execution of core financial operations, MIS reporting, and compliance filings. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in accounting and taxation and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial and regulatory reporting.

Success in this role means delivering consistent, quality output with accuracy and adhering to statutory deadlines. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams, gaining exposure to a wide variety of industries and contributing directly to client satisfaction and organizational growth.

ResponsibilitiesAccounting & MIS
  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain MIS reports for management decision-making
  • Support the finalization of accounts and month/year-end closing activities
  • Coordinate with clients to gather and validate financial data
  • Collaborate with audit teams for statutory/internal audits
Compliance
  • Assist with preparation and filing of statutory returns (TDS, GST, Income Tax)
  • Review compliance documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Monitor due dates and support timely submission of all regulatory filings
Qualifications
  • CA Inter with 1+ years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance with 3+ years of experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST & TDS compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships professionally
