We're looking for a skilled, experienced, and high-agency graphic design specialist for our team at RevX (Seattle-based RevOps consultancy) and Audit Fox (SaaS HubSpot audit platform by RevX).
This is a completely remote, full-time position. You'll be primarily supporting RevX and Audit Fox's GTM team with exceptional design input: both strategic and tactical.

What you should know upfront
- We work Monday to Friday, i.e., five-day work week
- Our typical work hours are from 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST, but that's flexible (seriously)
- 30 days of paid leave per annum + and ~17 fixed national holidays
- We use Slack + Zoom + Loom to speak with each other

Why work with us
- 100% remote setup. Deliver results while sitting in your pyjamas, anywhere in the world
- Complete technical and professional support. We treat our people well and give them what they need to do their very best
- Upskilling opportunities. We've budgeted for our team to grow and mature into their role and careers
- Competitive pay. We demand a lot but compensate you accordingly
- We're going places. We're already a well-established RevOps partner to leading brands in North America, and now we're evolving into a product company as well. We know where we're headed and we're building the best possible team for our vision

Skills and experience we absolutely need
- 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product / service space
- Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals including product and service decks, print design (brochures, standees, business cards, banners), whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and such
- Solid experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads
- Solid web design experience, with a fairly deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
- Experience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations

Critical: We need strong verbal and nonverbal communications. That's because you'll need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with — in a remote setup. And that needs solid comms skills. Non-negotiable for us.
Tools we need you to know
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
- Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, and design on Google Slides and PowerPoint
- HubSpot CMS
What would be a major plus
- Motion graphics and video editing, with an understanding of Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or CapCut. For context, if you have these skills, you'll be creating product and service videos, GFX-rich marketing videos, amazing podcasts, and exceptional webinars across channels
- Understanding of AI design tools including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, and such. To us, a good grasp over these tools means you understand the advantages of being an AI-enabled specialist. Big plus
- Strong front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery. We know you'll be exceptional at web design. But can you execute? If yes, that's a big plus
- Understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem would be a big plus — how it works, who uses it, that sort of stuff
- General understanding of the space we work in: revenue operations (RevOps)

Not knowing these isn't a deal breaker; we know it's unrealistic to expect an all-in-one maestro. But these skills will help us run much stronger GTM motions; naturally, it'll also help you hone your skills and learn new things. Win-win
