The ideal candidate will have apassion for storytelling through visuals, the ability to create dynamic animated content, andthe technical skills to bring concepts to life across digital platforms.You will play a key role in creating engaging content for our brand, marketing campaigns,explainer videos, product demos, and social media.Key Responsibilities Design and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, product explainers,digital ads, social media content, and corporate presentations. Create 2D and 3D animated elements, characters, and environments as needed. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and UI/UX teams to developvisual storytelling ideas. Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation mockups. Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality design standards across alloutputs. Manage multiple animation projects with tight timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics andanimation.Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation. Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop,and Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D animation software. Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling, visual effects, andcomposition. Experience with 2D character rigging, kinetic typography, and infographic animation. Hands-on experience in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering is a strongplus. Basic video editing and sound syncing capabilities. Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Nice to Have Knowledge of UI animations for websites or apps. Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design prototyping tools. Experience creating animated content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, andWhatsApp marketing.What You’ll Create Brand videos, launch teasers, and product explainers Animated infographics and data visuals 2D/3D animations for social campaigns and presentations Internal training and onboarding videos Visual content for digital ads and investor pitchesWhy Join SteelBazaar? Be part of a disruptive tech-driven company reshaping the global steel trade Work in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment Freedom to experiment with styles, tools, and formats Contribute to a brand that values visual storytelling and innovation Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with leadership visibility
