Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end inside sales, proven success in meeting revenue targets, and strong team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and present reports to senior management.
  • Drive high levels of motivation and performance within the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key clients and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in ed-tech, training, or B2B/B2C sales preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
