This role involves managing end-to-end program execution while fostering strong engagement across participants, trainers, alumni, and partners. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management expertise and community-building finesse to ensure high-impact experiences within our leadership ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, execution, and delivery of community-led leadership programsBuild and strengthen relationships with participants, alumni, trainers, and strategic partnersDrive community engagement through events, workshops, sessions, and interactive initiativesTrack program milestones, manage timelines, and ensure exceptional participant experienceOversee budgets, resources, and operational requirements for seamless executionFacilitate sessions and support trainers to enhance learning outcomesContinuously innovate community engagement strategies and optimize program deliveryAddress challenges with proactive, solution-oriented thinkingRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in program management, community management, or related rolesStrong project planning and execution capabilities with attention to detailOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectivelyExperience organizing events, workshops, or learning sessions is a strong plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fieldsFamiliarity with leadership development, learning communities, or training ecosystems is advantageousIf you'd like, I can also create a shorter LinkedIn caption version or add hashtags for posting.
