Tanla is looking for a Product Specialist to join the team. As a PM, you will be responsible for working on Enterprise solutions, aligned to the overall product portfolio plan. The ideal candidate must be a proven leader with a track record of success in creating breakthrough technology Products to drive hyper growth in the Cloud Communications space.

About the Job

  • At Tanla, Telco's and Enterprises are our customers, and your mandate is to focus on their needs and bring the right product to market.
  • You will be working across multiple Tanla teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Operations to launch new products and support existing ones.
  • Successful candidates will have shown the ability to ship quality product in a fast-paced environment. It is particularly important that you have experience working directly with product engineering teams.

What you'll be Responsible for ?

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap for the Enterprise products via strong collaboration with the Sales and Engineering Teams
  • Developing Market and Product Requirements Documents and working with engineering to identify the most appropriate implementation for the business need (build vs. buy)
  • Work closely with engineering throughout the product development cycle to ensure the final product meets requirements.
  • Mock up concepts, write functional specs, write copy and do whatever it takes to express your ideas to our internal engineers, designers and other product managers.
  • Become the expert on competitors' products in the marketplace.
  • Demo product capabilities and presentation to executives and stakeholders
  • Our customers are Telco's and Enterprises, and we are passionate about building products for them. You will need to engage with our Customers to understand how we can improve our products to increase functionality and unlock new uses.

What you'd have ?

  • At least 5 + years of hands-on experience as a product manager, with at least 3 years in a product management role at a technology company
  • Ability to study user behavior, use cases, workflows, and integration opportunities to develop new ideas around achieving comprehensive integration of mobile solutions in the enterprise.
  • Able to analyze and present compelling business cases and market requirements.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements for Enterprise Cloud Communications
  • Strong understanding of "as-a-service' industry
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills including presentations.

  • You've worked communications Space before understand Messaging, Voice, Video, Cloud Communications, API's and communication experiences.
