Type: Contractual (Deputed through Vaishnavi Consultancy Services)
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Professor in Construction Management for deputation at CME Pune. This is a critical role requiring academic depth and real-world knowledge in construction project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Project Planning, Construction Scheduling, and Cost Management.
- Prepare curriculum-aligned lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Guide students in project-based learning and industry-oriented tasks.
- Contribute to academic development, quality control, and departmental growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- M.E./M.Tech in Construction Management (in either B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech)
- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching experience.
- Expertise in: Project Management, Contracts, Construction Technology.
