Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Prepare and manage Excel reports (vouchers, ledgers, reconciliations, etc.)
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Support the month-end and year-end close process
- Handle vendor payments, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for required documentation
- Good knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and entries
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 0–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Pay Scale: ₹3–5 LPA (Based on last CTC and interview performance)
- Candidates from Pune preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
