We're building something audacious, something global, in next tech at Mai Labs: a new digital infrastructure layer, an internet architectural rail that puts users, builders, creators and developers first. Our mission? To distribute participatory power to billions of people in the digital economy. What this actually means: We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication. Own the product roadmap, PRD, and user experience through market research and cross-functional collaboration.Your data-backed approach will be driven by market research and detailed internal and external stakeholder discussions. You will have ownership of a detailed PRD with functional and non-functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment. Location: Noida (Hybrid) / 5 daysWhat will you get to do?Define and drive end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business to deliver scalable solutions.Drive detailed PRDs backed by user research, data insights, and market trends.Define success metrics, analyse performance, & iterate to ensure continuous product improvement.Own go-to-market strategies and post-launch performance across multiple product lines.Act as a product evangelist, mentoring PMs and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.Profile Expectations:8+ Years in Product management, Exchange/Blockchain/Crypto/NFT marketplace exposure is a must.Tech background and a Bachelor’s degree in tech stream. Prior experience of building and launching products in the Investment/Financial market.Strong user research, data-driven, research-oriented approach. Experience in FinTech, Payments and International markets will be added advantage.
