Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Timing: 06:30 PM IST - 03:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Location :- 901, 9th floor Reach My Tower Tulip Chowk Sector 70 Gurugram .

Interview Timing :- 06:30 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply on relevant job portals
  • Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews and updates
  • Engage effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms
  • Manage the recruitment cycle for US IT Bench Sales roles

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment and sales processes
  • Ability to work in the US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
  • Willingness to relocate, if required
  • Fresher’s are welcome to apply
  • This is an on-site role, not remote
