The ideal candidate will lead and manage all aspects of plumbing system design while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Project Manager and Technical Manager on all design mattersLead plumbing/PHE design efforts for major building projectsSupervise and guide junior engineers and techniciansEnsure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and internal processesConduct and participate in design reviewsMaintain accurate and complete project documentationTechnical ResponsibilitiesWater demand calculationDesign of hot & cold water systems including circulation, pumps, valves, and pipe sizingDrainage system design (gravity and pumped solutions)Hot water system design: pipe sizing, flow/pressure calculations, heat exchangers, mixing loops, material selectionCold water system design: distribution layout, pump selection, insulation, control valvesSolar water heating system designFire protection system design: sprinklers, fire hose reels, wet & dry risersWater purification systems: filtration, softening, chlorinationGrey/black water recycling systemsBorewell/borehole water system designQualifications & SkillsB.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering8–10 years of experience in building services design, specifically plumbing and PHEStrong knowledge of Indian and international standards (e.g., NBC, IS, IPC, NFPA)Experience in Fire Protection and Detection System designProficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantageExcellent coordination, communication, and leadership skillsWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced team working on challenging and impactful building projects.
