Role Summary
Mentoria has empowered hundreds of trained and certified Counsellor-preneurs — independent professionals who operate their own counselling practices while leveraging our powerful platform, career assessment tools, and recognized certification.
We're now looking for a proactive and strategic individual to help these counsellors turn their training into income. Your role will be pivotal in activating, enabling, and scaling revenue across our national counsellor-preneur network. You'll ensure every certified counsellor is equipped, engaged, and earning — whether through schools, NGOs, corporates, or individual clients.
This role blends revenue strategy, relationship management, sales enablement, and community engagement — all crucial to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Activation & Onboarding
- Design structured onboarding journeys and earning toolkits that empower new counsellors to generate revenue within their first 30–60 days.
- Proactively identify low-performing or inactive counsellors, offering tailored support and guidance to re-engage and re-energize them.
- Monitor revenue pipelines and identify early indicators of disengagement to course-correct quickly.
2. B2B Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with counsellor-preneurs to pitch and close deals with schools, NGOs, institutions, and community organizations in their geographies.
- Provide support through pitch decks, pricing strategies, proposal templates, and negotiation insights.
- Assist in follow-ups and close larger institutional deals when required.
- Track and report conversion rates, regional performance, and B2B outreach metrics monthly.
3. Community Building & Engagement
- Foster a vibrant, high-retention counsellor-preneur community across India through regular check-ins, live Q&A sessions, workshops, and success showcases.
- Celebrate high performers, re-engage mid-tier earners, and support those facing challenges.
- Leverage WhatsApp groups, Zoom calls, and 1:1 mentoring conversations to create accountability, motivation, and trust.
4. Feedback Loop for Platform & Product Enhancement
- Collect ongoing feedback from counsellors on our platform, support systems, training quality, and tool usability.
- Partner with internal teams (product, content, operations) to enhance user experience, retention, and revenue generation tools.
- Contribute insights to improve onboarding, platform dashboards, communication templates, and feature enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in roles such as franchisee success, customer success, business development, partnerships, or community management.
- Bonus if you've worked with independent professionals, freelancers, coaches, or franchise models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate.
- Strong commercial acumen — you think in sales funnels, activation rates, conversions, and revenue per user.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp-based engagement, and other growth or communication platforms.
- Passionate about creating meaningful social impact at scale — you care about helping professionals succeed while making a difference.
