Logistics Faculty (Full-Time, Permanent) – Laurus Institute for Logistics | KochiLaurus Institute for Logistics, one of Kerala’s leading logistics and supply chain training institutes, is hiring an experienced Logistics Faculty to join our academic team in North Kalamassery, Kochi.We are looking for professionals with strong industrial experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation who are passionate about training the next generation of logistics professionals.🔹 ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-depth training in:Supply Chain Management (SCM)Logistics & DistributionWarehouse & Inventory ManagementTransportation & Fleet OperationsFreight Forwarding & Customs ProceduresInternational Logistics & Port OperationsPrepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.Conduct assessments, practical sessions, and student evaluations.Mentor students for interviews, projects, and industry readiness.Support academic planning and curriculum improvements.Participate in industry seminars, workshops, and training events.🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.Mandatory: Minimum 2–5 years of industrial experience in logistics/supply chain/warehouse/operations.Teaching or training experience is an added advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong knowledge of industry processes, documentation, and operations.Ability to inspire, guide, and mentor students effectively.🔹 What We OfferFull-time permanent faculty positionCompetitive salary based on experienceProfessional and supportive academic environmentOpportunity to shape students for real-world logistics careersWork with one of Kerala’s most trusted logistics institutes📩 How to ApplySend your resume to hr@laurus.org.in 📞 Contact: +91 88489 92240
