Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking a Quality Specialist with expertise in cold chain logistics, warehouse operations, and quality assurance


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of new warehouse depots to ensure infrastructure, hygiene, and cold chain compliance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for warehouse staff and distributors on cold chain quality standards.
  • Lead the integration and implementation of Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS) within cold chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate audit logs, quality reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality protocols and continuous improvement in depot operations.
  • Travel extensively to warehouse depots for audits, training, and system integration activities.


Skills Required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, cold chain logistics, and factory operations.
  • Expertise in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with hygiene and cold chain standards.
  • Excellent training delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead technology integration projects, such as Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS).
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for audits, training, and operational oversight.
