Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, technical proficiency, and the capability to deliver high-quality designs that align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design process for large-scale EPC projects, ensuring compliance with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

  • Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D models using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

  • Coordinate design processes, ensuring effective collaboration between internal and external architects, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, National Building Code (NBC) guidelines, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.

  • Provide mentorship and supervision to junior architects and design teams, ensuring quality control and adherence to design principles.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.

  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and project documentation for client approvals.

  • Serve as a key liaison between the architectural team and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 3–10 years of experience in architectural design, particularly within EPC projects.

  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction materials, and techniques.

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-value infrastructure or industrial EPC projects.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.

  • Certification in green building standards (e.g., LEED, GRIHA).

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
