Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and a deep understanding of ERP systems. This role involves working closely with various departments to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources.
Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards and reports.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights to support decision-making.
Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the BI framework.
Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Leadership and Mentoring:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BI analysts.
Lead BI projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI role.
Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their data structures.
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
