Immediate Requirement – We Are Hiring Position: Design Engineer – Firefighting System Location: East Tambaram, Chennai Gender: Male / Female Qualification: • B.E (Mechanical) with 5–10 years of experience • Diploma (Mechanical) with 10 years of experience CTC: As per industry standards Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office Send your resume to: WhatsApp: Preferred Knowledge & Skills: • Strong technical expertise in Fire Protection Systems, Fire Alarm & Detection Systems for high-rise buildings, industries, warehouses, etc. • Basic knowledge of MEP services for better coordination of building services • Good presentation, communication (verbal & written), planning, problem-solving & decision-making skills Job Responsibilities: ✔ Independently handle design projects ✔ Knowledge of FM / NFPA / NBC / IS standards ✔ Coordinate with Clients/Architects for requirements and design inputs ✔ Analyze Fire & Life Safety requirements and prepare Concept Designs ✔ Prepare deliverables – drawings, tender documents, BOQ, budgets, etc. ✔ Present and submit designs for approvals ✔ Prepare detailed design reports, layouts, and calculations ✔ Support client during project execution and coordination ✔ Vet vendor shop drawings, technical datasheets, O&M manuals, etc. ✔ Planning / Budgeting / Forecasting activities
